We're sorry to see you go. Please fill out the form below to request deletion of your Rawdah account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
- 1Fill out the form below with your email address used for registration
- 2Provide a reason for deletion (optional but helpful)
- 3Submit the request
- 4We will process your request within 7 business days
- 5You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- •Your account profile (email, name, profile photo)
- •Learning progress and statistics
- •Achievements and XP points
- •Streak history
- •Quiz results and history
The following data may be retained:
- •Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)
- •Aggregated statistics for app improvement
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of request approval. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and security purposes.
